He decided to rent a car to take a weekend trip with his girlfriend. The guy who worked at the car rental offered him a hybrid car, the only car available. He accepted it, signed all the documents and got the key. Sitting in the car he could not figure out where the gas tank was. He even asked a friend to have a look at the car who couldn't find it either. It was not a hybrid. It was just an electric car. He could not go on his trip with this car. He was mad. He went back and complained about having gotten an electric car. The guy told him he had accepted that, he had signed all the documents, he should not blame him for changing his mind about it. He asked for the manager. He was on vacation. He asked for the manager's e-mail-address. Surely he would read his e-mail at some point during or after his vacation. The guy stalled.
